We’ll manage your auction - You enjoy the night!

 

Behind the 8 Ball professionals can provide checkout services with two of our professionals on the day of your event so that both the committee and the guests can really enjoy the auction.  We manage your check-in and checkout and can guarantee no long lines. Services include coordinating all registration, bid entering, invoicing and disbursement to guarantee a smooth and successful conclusion of your event.

 

Services we can provide:

 

 

 

  Two Behind the 8 Ball professionals at the event from two hours prior to two hours after the conclusion.

 

  Option of acting as final arbitrator in any situation during the evening.

 

  Train and supervise volunteers for the registration, silent and live auction, checkout, payments and disbursements.

 

  Print guest registration and attendee forms.

 

  Supervise conduct of silent auction, monitoring of bids and collection of bid sheets.

 

  Enter all bids and prepare invoices for cashiers. Additional volunteers may be required depending on the number of computer stations.

 

  Post notification printouts of winning bidders.

 

  Supervise your volunteers to re-assemble silent auction items and prepare for distribution to winners.

 

  Supervise checkout to insure an orderly and efficient method for winning bidders to obtain items and pay invoices.

 

  Print reports detailing unsold items and complete information on all aspects of the auction.

 

 

 

In addition we can assist in pre-auction data input, printing of catalog, bid sheets and other forms that your night require.
